Heat shrink countertops
l was at a restaurant the other night and they had tables that looked like
faux black marble but then seemed to be a hard maybe acrylic or plastic.
The table was actually particle board or whatever underneath and had
rounded corners so whatever this product was it seemed like it would have
had to have been maybe heat shrunk to fit. l was wondering if anyone knew
what product this was, where l can find it, and if you can use it on
kitchen counters?
it sounds like a lament. either Corine that can come as a
solid top or a resurfacing lament I don't know that it is a do it your
self finish those tops were made in a shop on production line and the
finish is heated to take shape
Its simply a plastic laminate.Any counter top shop will have
samples.
